If you are not completely happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.

For returns, please contact help@sundaycitizen.co where you can request a return label for a fee of $10.

You can use the original box in which it came or a different one, just make sure you cover any old shipping labels.

Refunds will be processed once we have confirmation that the items returned are the same items that were purchased during this event. These items need to be in optimal condition to be eligible to receive the refund. Once the return has been approved, we will process a refund to the same card that you used for payment.
